Doppler Relay is the Transactional Email platform from Doppler. It is the perfect service if you are looking to send transactional emails one by one automatically. Our platform allows you to connect your application, website or ecommerce through API or SMTP.

How does the free trial work?

You can try Doppler Relay for 30 days completely free and send up to 400 emails per day. You can use all our platform features without credit cards or contracts.

What happens if I get over my monthly quota?

If you have a paid account and you exceed your monthly limit don’t worry, since we won’t suspend the service. You can send up to the double of the plan you have bought, the emails send outside your plan will be charged as an extra.

I'm ready to buy a plan. What should I do?

If you are ready to buy a plan in Doppler Relay you just have to create an account and once you’re in the application you can select the number of emails you need to send and buy the plan that best suits your needs.

How does the billing system work?

The paid plans are renewed monthly, on the first day of each month your credits will be renewed. Based on the time of the month in which you buy a paid plan, the amount of emails will be charged and assigned proportionally.

What types of payment are accepted?

We accept payments through Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All purchases can be made instantly in your account and the credits are applied immediately. We do not accept PayPal or purchase orders.

Are the values expressed in Dollars?

Yes, all prices are expressed in Dollars, and at the end of the month your invoice will be in Dollars.
